leading to the deaths of the US ambassador and three other Americans.

The White House says U.S. forces in Libya have captured a second suspect believed to have been involved in the 2012 Benghazi attacks that left four Americans dead. U.S. Ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens, was among those killed. CGTN's Roee Ruttenberg has more from Washington.
